Our story
Vetios wasn't born in a software house. It was born inside a veterinary hospital.
We started trying to solve our own problems. Along the way, we realized we were building something that could change the way veterinary businesses operate.

It all started with a limitation.
The operation was growing. There was data — plenty of it. What was missing were integrations, CRM, automations and the freedom to connect tools and processes that were already part of the routine.
While starting a second degree in Economics, the founder — a veterinarian and veterinary hospital manager — got closer to programming and found academic support to turn an idea that had been maturing for years into a first prototype.
The goal was not to create a startup. It was to make our operation work better.
The laboratory
The first version was far from perfect.
It didn't need to be finished. It needed to prove the idea was possible.
2025 — VetFlow
The prototype became a platform.

Multi-company architecture, integrated modules and a complete hospital operation running on the same foundation.
A year building.Testing.Rebuilding.

Every new feature had to answer a real need from the operation.

Then we put the prototype where it would really be tested.Inside a hospital.
The bugs came.
Situations came that no development environment could have predicted.
Fixes came.
Improvements came.
And the system kept running.

Before trusting Vetios with your operation, we trusted ours to it.
A conviction
Your company's data is part of your operational assets too.
While we were building VetFlow, the veterinary market was also going through significant consolidation.
That reinforced a conviction the project already had: a veterinary business needs to know where its information is, be able to access it, and be free to decide which technology runs its operation.
Technology should connect your company. Not lock it in.
Independence
Freedom to decide which technology runs your operation.
Privacy
Sensitive information handled with the care it requires.
Security
Infrastructure designed to protect the record of your operation.
Portability
Your data stays yours — and should be able to travel with you.
That's why independence, privacy, security and data portability are part of the principles Vetios is being built on.
We want our clients to stay with Vetios because it creates value for their operations — never because their data got trapped inside it.

2026 — Vetios
Validating the idea wasn't enough.
A prototype can work for whoever created it. A product has to be ready for someone who will trust an entire company to it.
In 2026, a dedicated engineering team began turning everything VetFlow taught us into a commercial platform, with an architecture designed from the ground up for a multi-company environment.
VetFlow proved the idea.Vetios was built to scale it.
Today
Today we have a product. But we're still at the beginning.
Vetios will keep evolving because veterinary medicine will keep evolving.
Our advantage isn't only what we've built so far. It's the proximity to the operation and the speed at which we turn new problems into new solutions.

Our vision
Veterinary medicine is entering a new generation.
Before
- Record.
- Look up.
- Double-check.
- React.
Now
- Record.
- Connect.
- Interpret.
- Anticipate.
- Decide.
This is Veterinary Medicine 2.0.
A practice where technology doesn't sit beside the operation. It's part of it. From management based on records to management based on intelligence.
What we believe
Five principles that guide the product.
- 01
Technology must simplify complex operations.
Not simplify the business. Simplify how it's run.
- 02
Data has to arrive before the decision.
Late information explains the past. Timely information changes the future.
- 03
AI should extend people, not replace them.
The veterinarian still decides. The manager still decides. Technology increases the capacity of both.
- 04
Software has to keep up with growth.
A company shouldn't have to shrink its ambition because its technology can't keep up with its operation.
- 05
We grow when our clients grow.
Our goal doesn't end at implementation.
Simplify the operation.Increase efficiency.Create room to grow.
We want to build the technological infrastructure that lets veterinary businesses operate better, make sharper decisions and grow with control.
Making clinics become hospitals.
And hospitals become networks.
We don't just want to follow the growth of veterinary medicine. We want to build part of the infrastructure that makes that growth possible.
